Where are the files for addresses in MS Office v 2002,- Outlook

I want to copy and transfer addresses from my old outlook to a new computer.
The info is on an old hard drive I have access to. How do I do it?

Contact data is not separate from other Outlook data.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
