Open one of these entries. At the bottom, do you see an underlined link to the contact? If you click that link does it display the contact?
What activities group are you displaying on the Activities page?

I have no entries to open.
I have selected "All Items" on the activities page.

I'm confused. If you have no entries in your Journal folder, then what journal entries are you expecting to see on the Activities page?
