I cannot send more than about 25 members on a distribution list. I get a
return message "Some or all of your memebers did not receive this email" "452
4.5.3 Too many recipients. I know others that have hundreds of names in one
list.

Not an Outlook issue. Contact your mail service provider for clarification.
