How do I email my Contact List

I need to email my entire contact list to a group. I am not sure where to
start at all and would love some help my boss is pushing me to get this done

You (or your boss) will need to provide at least some information here.
Include:
1. Where your Contacts are currently stored and in what version of Outlook.
2. What you mean by "Contact List." That term could mean anything.
3. To what "group" you need to email this information and what email
software they are using.
