I am trying to export my contact to gmail. I have several thousand contacts and use subcatagories extensively. I have tried to use the export function of outlook but it only seems to allow one file at a time to be exported. I can export each individual subcatagory and then import them to gmail but I was hoping someone knows of a way to export the contact folder and all of its subcaatagories at one time. Any advice would be apprecitated. Post is unclear. Define what you mean by subcatagories (sic). State the format gmail needs. No. The Export function only allows exporting one folder at a time. This is one of the reasons many people prefer to use Categories to group Contacts rather than separate Contact subfolders.
