What should be the format for detailed address cards in Outlook 2003
Contacts?  I want the business name to show below the person's name in the
blue title line.  Thsi worked for me in my old Outlook 2000, but I can't get
it to work in 2003.

Also, when I display "address cards" it doesn't show addresses!

Format hasn't changed.
You're the one who specifies the format for the File As... field in Tools >
Options > Preferences > Contacts. Set it to what you want.
You're the one who decides what fields are included in the view in View >
Arrange By > Current View > Customize Current View. Set it to display what
you want.
