Not a known issue and not been reported.
You'll have to start by providing the details to troubleshoot your
installation.
At a minimum: Outlook version, information store, configuration of Outlook
Address Book, how you are entering Contact Data, whether you have ever been
able to enter data in this installation and if so the steps that produced
the current problem.
