When a custom contact form created on another computer is opened on my
computer I cannot view the customizations it simply opens as the default
contact form.

The custom form was saved as an outlook template .oft and then emailed to
me.  What can I do to get this form to work on my computer.

Run it with the Tools | Forms | Choose Form command.

Thank you,  I had to browse around a bit to actually find the file but it is
now working.
