I am trying to find out how I can add a field to the contacts card (I think
that is what it is called). I need to add a number field to the contact
information so that when I create a linked table in Access to my contacts
folder I will be able to have the primary key from my database placed in my
contacts information so that I can create and run some queries.

I hope that there is someone out there that can tell me how I can add a
field to the contact card as I cannot change the table fields once I create
the linked table in access.

Please help I am under a time line as I need to get my data base up and
running.

Thanks
