Can you transfer outlook contact information from computers?

Is it possible to copy outlook information from my laptop and download it to
outlook on my desktop?

Yes just find the .pst file put it on a thumb drive.  Go the other computer.
Start Outlook then in Outlook:  File | Open | Outlook Data File and browse
to the thumb drive.
