MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / March 2006allow one contact list for use in more than one profile
I have two profiles, one for private mails, and one for official business mails. For both I would like to use the same list of contacts. So far I could not find a way to do this. As this is however a very elementary issue I am quite sure this can be done easily, only HOW is this done? Hi Sebasitian, you could create an additional PST file (File/New/Personal Folder (PST) only with a contact folder. Then you can move or copy all your contacts into this Contact.PST file and open this PST file also in the private Outlook profil.
