Is there a way to copy names and email addresses from one Distribution list
to another? Let's say I have 2 DL's, a master DL, and a DL whose names all
begin with "A". After I send an email to everyone in the "A" DL, I would like
to move their names and email addresses to the master DL, so I know they've
been emailed. Is there a way to do that?

thanx!

Assuming just Outlook 200x (no exchange server), you can nest the DLs.

After emailing the "A" DL you can open the Master DL and add the "A" DL as a
member.
