Is there a way to copy names and email addresses from one Distribution list to another? Let's say I have 2 DL's, a master DL, and a DL whose names all begin with "A". After I send an email to everyone in the "A" DL, I would like to move their names and email addresses to the master DL, so I know they've been emailed. Is there a way to do that? thanx! AshMor Assuming just Outlook 200x (no exchange server), you can nest the DLs.
