Hello...

I sent an email via Outlook to the hundreds of Members of my website. Many
came back undeliverable.

Is there any way to avoid this? Can Outlook be set to sent them one at a
time so as to avoid them being perceived as "Bulk" or "Spam"??

Do they really bounce back 'undeliverable' because the recipient thinks they
are 'spam'?

Are you putting all the addressed in BCC?  Have you considered maybe a Mail
Merge.

Alternatively, there is mailer software that handles things like bounce
management.
(www.mailermailer.com is free for 200 messages a month, for example)
