Hi there

We have just upgrade to Outlook 2003 from Outlook 2000 and in 2000 we were
able to set our contacts to show in company order when we created a new email
and clicked on the to box and the 'Select Names' box poped up.

Does anyone know how to change this setting in Outlook 2003?

Many Thanks

There is no such setting to change. The address book display is not customizable. Outlook 2000 in IMO mode was an anomaly.
