Hi

I have a small problem that I don't know how to solve.

I need to create a contact list in Public Folders that everyone in the
company can use through Outlook 2003.

I have created the contact list in the Public Folders but I am having
trouble getting them out to each user.
I have created the contact list with subfolders were I have placed some
contacts in. But when I try to access the contact list it shows all the
contacts in one long list. It doesn't split them up into the groups I have
created.

I hope this makes sense otherwise ask and I will try to answer in the best
possible way.

Best regards
Lasse

What kind of "groups" are you expecting to see? Did you create a view with the scope "in this folder visible to everyone" that shows the items grouped by a particular field?

Do you usually use the Group By box and group as you like to see them?  Do
that in the Public Folder.

Everyone - turn on your Advanced Toolbars and learn how to use the Field
Chooser and Group by Box!!
