On clicking 'To' in a New Message I am shown a box from which I can select
address folders.  Many of my address folders are inaccessible and I would
like to delete them. How can they be deleted?

In OL2003, go to the Tools menu > Email accounts > View/Change existing
directories/address books > Click Next > Highlight Outlook Address Book >
Click Change
