Using Windows XP SP2 and Outlook v6.0.2900. Since the MS security patch in
February, some of my e-mail recipients have been unable to receive my e-mail
attachments.  They are using Outlook Express, MSN E-Mail and Nescapre v6.  My
e-mails to my work address (same version as my Outlook) work find. I've had
my friends not receiving my e-mail attachments check their security settings
to no avail.

They receive the email, but not the attachment?  Usually that is the
recipient's side filtering the attachment.
Do they get any attachments?  Pictures?  Docs?  Zipped files?

Outlook v6.0.2900 = Outlook Express.  In spite of the name, has nothing to
do with Outlook.  :o(
