Contact data won't list in AddressCard view OL'03

Newbie: Am long time reader, first time poster :)
How do I make Contact (MSO Pro.'03, XpHomeSP2) data show in Address
Card view list?
Some contacts show others don't. Can't see a pattern. All contacts show
in By Company view.
