I am receiving the "System Administrator" message: "You have exceeded the
maximum # of e-mails you can send in 1 day." I'm trying to send a brief
monthly newsletter to a mailing list that I have used since 2003, and the
last 2 months I have received this message after sending to only 75 addresses.

This is not an Outlook error message (to my knowledge).  Maybe your ISP?
