Please give instructions on how to convert a distribution list in Contacts
(Outlook 2003) to display the contacts list in LastName, FirstName format. I
was aglbe to convert the contacts into LAstName, FirstName format by
following instructions from help, but this did not change the distribution
lists that I created previously in the Contact which I use as the Address
Book. Your help will be greatly appreciated

I, too, am having this problem, along with not being able to send to a
distribution list, or to reply to a group.  (I have posted this problem
already on 3/31/06).  I am interested in learning how to fix this aspect of
Outlook also.
