MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / April 2006outlook address book greyed out
Hi. We are using outlook 2002 sp3 and have a problem with one user where he cannot tick - show contacts as outlook address book as it is greyed out. I checked the permissions and for some reason he had not permissions to his own contacts, once given owner access the option is still greyed out ? Tried creating a new contacts folder but same problem is inherited down the tree ? Any ideas please ? There was not Outlook address book so just added it and closed and opened Outlook and all fine now.
