Outlook 2002. Have just re-loaded all programs onto clean drive. Outlook.pst
was copied from external drive to the Microsoft folder containing
Outlook.pst. Everything is fine except when I try to access the Address List
I get the message "The address list could not be displayed. The contacts
folder associated with this address list could not be opened ...."  When the
Address Book opens there are 2 contact lists - one empty and one with my
data. Also selecting To: to start an e-mail bring up same error message.
Please advise.
Thanks
Glyn

REmove and re-add the Outlook Address Book service from your email
accounts->directories.

After furious head scratching, Glyn asked:
