After converting Office 2000 to Office 2003 I have many users who prefer to
use the Personal Address Book (myself included).

How do I restore the capability to ADD TO PAB by right clicking on an email
address within an email recieved within Outlook 2003?

Words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think it can be added back. Any particular reason you prefer the
PAB? It's been on its way out for the last few revisions of Outlook.
