Sorry. I didn't understand what you meant by "hard copy." I assume you mean
you have these only on paper? Most such records are actually printouts of
records that exist electronically somewhere (since no one uses typewriters
anymore). Do you have access to the original data source? If not, you'll
need to use one of the methods Sue posted to convert the data to electronic
format.

If the following are all true:
1) the information is in a table-like format (columns and rows)
2) you have access to a scanner
3) the scanner is integrated with OCR software
you could potentially scan the pages and create a Word document that could then be massaged into a comma-delimited file for import into Outlook.
Otherwise, you might want to hire a temp to type the data into an Excel spreadsheet that you can then import into Outlook at your leisure.
