Sorting Contacts for E-mail

When I open my Contacts from the "To" button in an e-mail, the list is sorted
by first name. How do I get it listed by Last Name? I am using Outlook
2003.

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there
