Deleted my contacts from address book

Hi there,
I have mistakely deleted all my contacts from My Outlook Address book,
thinking that sync it with the treo and restore it, instead they all were
deleted from both how do i go about restoring those addresses

Do you have your machine backed up. Not sure if there's anyway to recover
them otherwise (unless they're in the Deleted Items folder still)
