I would like to add current contacts into group by Outlook 03, however, the
"select member" option  seems to show all email address & fax number.

Could I filter out the fax number, so that just email address are added into
group?

Thx&Regards
David

You can hide fax numbers from the address book by adding an alphabetic
character to them.
