Why would nobody be receiving my group email, is there a limit to how many
addresses can be sent at once. It looks like it's being sent with no
notification that there was any errors.

If there is a limit, it is imposed by your ISP and normally you would
receive an error message if you were to exceed that limit.
How do you know no one is getting the mail? An item appearing in the Sent
Items folder is a fairly reliable indication that your outgoing mail server
accepted the message. If it did, then the problem is not Outlook's and
you'll have to work with your ISP to determine what happens to the message
after they accepted it.
