My question is "How do I send a email out to a bunch of my contacts (more
that 20 lets say) and not have the recipients seeing all to whom I have sent
it to. I would like to keep individuals email addresses private so others
cannot see them. I received an email once and it blocked out all of the
others email addresses, sure would like to know how that is done!
Thanks

Use the BCC field.
Or you can do a mail merge to electronic mail if you want each message to
appear personalized.

Thanks Russ! So I put every one in the Bcc: field to send the email out? That
would not show each person the long list of others that were sent the email?
I do not know about a "mail merge" sorry.

Right. If you put everyone in the BCC field, no one will see who the
recipients are.
