how to create a newsletter for outlook

How do I create a newsletter to inset in Outlook. I have recently statred a
new job and the newsletters have been sent out by Outlook. What program/ how
do I create the newsletter and then insert into Outlook before sending out to
customers?

Hi William,
Thanks for the trouble in replying.
I am not sure if this link will help--I will investigate.
What I was really fishing for, is for someone to answer telling me which
program to use and give me an idea of the process. For example...use
Publisher, Adobe Writer,... to layout you contect, then save as a *** file.
Open Outlook and import it by....
If anyone can add to this discussionI look forward to your comments.

PS I have feeling this is one of those processes which can be done in more
than one way, but still other people's advice on the success of their method
would be welcome.
