How can I populate a distribution list on my computer with the email
addresses contained in a received email?

Hi,

The easiest way to accomplish this would be to right click on the email address of the person sending you the email, then choose "Add to Outlook Contacts."  Once you have them saved to
your Outlook contacts, you can then select themas members of the distribution list.

I am looking for a way to use the distribution list of the sending person as
one of my own without taking every individual and making them a contact.
