When I create an email and click on the "To" button and select Contacts from
the "Show Names from the" drop down box my contacts are sorted in First Name
order.
How do I change it to Last Name?
I tryed what was talked about earlier but I'm on a exchange server so I
don't have that choice.

If it's the GAL you're displaying, I don't think you have control over the
presentation, but click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing
directories or address books>Next.  Select Outlook Address Book and click
Change.  Try to set the sort order there.
