How do I share items (contacts, calendar) between my own two exch.

I have one machine and use outlook for my corporate responsibilities
(exchange) and also have a separate exchange account for personal use.  Can I
get all my contacts, calendar, etc. to be the same - or do I have to copy and
maintain separately?
