Answer regarding translator

I found the answer through a friend.  I was trying to export using comma
separated or tab separated but was told to use the personal folder file (pst)
and when I did I no longer was looking for the mysterious outlook translator
and worked like a charm.

It doesn't. No one should ever export to transfer Outlook data.
