I store my contacts full name as first, last and file them as last, first. When
I open the "TO" box of my e-mail it lists the contacts as first, last. How can
I switch this to sort them last, first when I call for a contact within
e-mail. Thanks.

Jim

You must post your mail support mode to receive an answer for Outlook 2000.
Line 2 of Outlook's Help|About if you don't know.

Then you are using the Windows Address Book, not Outlook. Sort the WAB by
clicking on the column header.
