Hi there,

I am presently trying to reorganize and better manage my Outlook 2003
Contacts. I am wondering if it is possible to add a new contact and add them
to a distribution list in one step; is this even possible?

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

DLs are not a very robust way of managing Contacts.  Separate Contacts
folders and categories are the preferred management tools.

actions I am looking to using the Contacts Folders and and Categories tools?
I am alos presemntly investigation merging contacts into documents; can you
point me in the right directions in terms of how I can do this using the
described method for managing contacts?

How to mail merge?  In Outlook, click Help, then enter "mail merge" in the
search field.
