I have established a good contact list with over 60 contacts.  When I click
on a letter for example "L" it goes to it and right away brings me back to
"A".  This has never happened before.  THis was not happening before.  Did I
hit a key that locks it in this position?  Or is their something wrong with
the software?
I need to be able to add more contacts, however; I don't know if I have them
if I can't go to that letter to find them.  I have tried scrolling across and
it still doesn't help.

Always start by including your Outlook version and the view to which you are
referring.
Avoid unclear terms like "it goes to it right away and brings me back." That
could mean anything.
