have deleted addr from contacts folder but the addr still suggest

i have deleted the contacts in my outlook 's contact folder but when i am
trying to type a mail the addresses are still eing suggested. i don't know
where these addressses are being picked up from? pls help

Highlight the desired addresses and hit delete when they show up in the
autosuggest list

If you delete your NK2 file, all your auto-suggest data will be gone.
