in Outlook Express, there is an option to automaticaly add address to the
address book, to whom I reply.
Is there any similar feature in Microsoft Outlook, so that it automatically
adds address to which I reply

No full versions of Outlook ever had the ability to add recipients
automatically to your Contacts Folder. Only the long abandoned IMO mode of
Outlook 98/2000 did that. To automatically add the email address of people
you respond to to your Contacts Folder requires code:
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/autoaddrecip.htm
http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/addauto.htm

In MS Outlook you can do this with an add-in like Bells & Whistles. You can
find it here: http://www.emailaddressmanager.com/productivity.html
