I wish to transfer 6,ooo email addresses (from emails
contained in inbox subdirectories)  into my contact list
without clicking on each individual email.

I would like the individual email addressed to appear in
my contacts list.
I do not need the information contained in the emails.
Just the email address placed in my contact directory or
subdirectory.

I have tried numerous strategies and rules.
