I have the same problem as Mark Mace, concerning the contact transfers.  I
tried the suggested steps one "How to install..." and "Mark your contact
folders...".  It doesn't work.  When I get to step 3 in " How to mark your
contact folders", in the Outlook Address Book tab, it won't let me click on "
Show this folder as an e-mail address book".
What am I doing wrong?

What version of Outlook are you using?

Do you have the Outlook Address Book service defined?  Click Tools>E-mail
Accounts>View or change existing directories or address books>Next.  If you
see Outlook Adress book, remove it, restart Outlook and add it in again.  If
you don't see it, click Add>Additional Address Books>Next, select it, click
Next, then Finish.  Stop and restart Outlook and you should be able to
enable the option you mentioned in the Contacts properties.

Okay.  I tried that.  When I went to re select my Outlook address book, it
told me that it wasn't fully configured yet and that I couldn't connect to it.
????????
Now what?

Try again, following the instructions correctly.

Make sure the Outlook Address Book service can be found here: Tools menu >
Options > Email accounts > View/Change existing directories/address books >
Click Next
