I read the posts that tell me that this is not a supported feature. That is a
bummer. I saw the code that helps, but I am not a programmer so can not use
it.

I found this reply in this forum...
Outlook doesn't support importing to a custom form. You'd have to write
custom code or use a third-party application. See
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customimport.htm.
