Print *only* phone numbers from Contacts

I just discovered the "Small Booklet Style" when printing contacts from
Outlook (2002, SP3) and I would like to use it for printing phone
numbers only (along with the associated names of course).

So far, I only know how to print *all of* the information in the
contact list.

Is there a way to create a customized style (or some other way) that
will allow me printing only phone numbers (without addresses, email
addresses, etc.) ?

Thanks!
Sam

Thank you. I am afraid however that these do not really fit what I am
looking for since AFAIK only Outlook supports this nice  "Small Booklet
Style" printing. I am interested in printing in that style - from
within Outlook - but only the phone number section. Surely there must
be  a way to do so, right?
