I have a number of distribution lists that work very well on OL2003. Sometimes the icon to the left of the names is gray and sometimes it is in color. I refresh and it doesn't change. What does this mean? Thanks, Dennis Usually means the member was created differently, such as in a different version of Outlook. Also members entered directly into the DL rather than selected from the underlying Contacts Folder may appear differently.
