When using a distribution list for sending an email is it
possible to hide the individual email addresses of the
list members when the email is viewed by a receipient?

John this is just what I wanted to know. I have found out
that there is a BCC just like CC This will do just what
you and I want bug I do not know how to turn on the
toolbar in Send window.

The only way to send an e-mail to multiple people and not have them see who
it went to is using the BCC field. In order to make that field visible use
the following steps:
1. In Outlook open a new e-mail message.
2. On the Tool bars you should see Options... with a down arrow to the
right of it.
3. Select the down arrow and you should see the BCC option.
4. Select BCC and it will show up in the e-mail now and will stay there
until you unselect it.

I hope this helps.
