We need to create a main contacts file that can be stored on our SBS 2003 and
shared by all users. Some users operate Outlook 2000 and some Outlook 2002.
The Contacts can be mapped to the same file, but the file cannot be opened by
more than one user at the same time. Is there another way to achieve this?
Thank you

Dear Valentina,
it is only possible with 3rd party tools to share PST files.
On this site is an article on various ways to share Outlook data:

A list of a list of third-party sharing tools is also on this site:

A solution that can share PST files "Live":

Are you doing this in a public folder? It seems to work at my job.
