how can i merge 2 similar phonebook files w/out having duplicates?
most entries are the same but some have same name but different data

and for the file i have with multiple identical entries, is there a simple
way to eliminate multiple entries, leaving ust one?
and ideally, if they have a creation date associated with them i'd like to
keep just the newest

thanksmuch
