How do I add contacts to my address book from recieved e.mails?

It was easy to do with Outlook Express but Outlook doesn't seem to have this
option.

Aloha that rudy guy that rudy,

Right-click the sender's e-mail address on the received message and choose
"Add to Outlook Contacts."
