'Unknown' prints on contact address card in Outlook 2003

When I print an individual address card in Outlook 2003, the word 'unknown'
appears in bold + underline at the top of the card. What is this field, and
how can I edit or remove it ?

It is the name you specified for your default mail account.
You cannot remove it.
You can only change it.
