Transfer excel data to outlook contact - 01 May 2006 16:19 GMT
I understand how to transfer excel data into the contacts area of outlook.
My question now is can I transfer the information w/o all the contacts
showing up individually in excel.  Or is there anyway I can add the new
information to a certain group instead of having to click on each name
seperately.

Yes you can do the latter.  If you want to add information to a field in
Contacts you can do it by grouping by that field (use the Group By box on
the advanced toolbar) Then drag Contacts from the none field to the field
group you want them in.

If you provide a more specific requirement, I'll give you a more specific
answer - what field(s) do you need?

Everyone - turn on your Advanced Toolbars and learn how to use the Field
Chooser and Group by Box!!
